Metacognition

This week we have been doing activities that invite us to employ different skills. Throughout we have been thinking about our thinking and our feelings during each task.

 Continue to interrogate how you function:

  •  How do you approach tasks, challenges?
  • What comes easy? What is more difficult? 
  • What gives you joy? 

Doing this kind of metacognitive work is a good first step toward prepping for your future studies and work life.
